It does appear on the memorial that the initial for this man was wrong, not "F" it was "R"

Walton Reginald Cutchey was born on 18th January 1892 in Walton on Thames, Surrey,(Chertsey Q1-1892 2A:40) baptised in Soham on 22nd March 1906, son of Arthur Edward and Florence CUTCHEY (née SEAGER).

1901 census...Aged 9, he was at "The Alderman", Stannary Street, Lambeth ( closed in 2003) with his father Arthur E CUTCHEY [40] licensed victualler born Barton Mills, Kent (?); his mother Florence [33] born Maidstone, Kent; sister Ellen E [13] born Lambeth and brother Arthur [4] born Lambeth.

His mother died in Lambeth in 1903,and his father married Elizabeth MILLS, in Lambeth in 1905. In 1906 they were at Moat Cottage, Soham.

He was admitted to Soham Grammar school from Soham Council School on 12th September 1905 aged 13 years 7 months, the same day as brother Arthur.(source:- http://www.sohamgrammar.org.uk/go-to-admission-register.htm )

1911 census...Aged 19, helping in the business, he was at 2 Courtenay Street, Kennington, Lambeth with his father (place of birth now Barton Mills, Suffolk) and stepmother Elizabeth [30] born Southampton (both recorded as no employment); sister Edith Ellen (manageress beer retailer); brother Arthur Edward and half sister Ena Elizabeth [4] born Kennington.



He enlisted in London about January 1915.
His "Personal Effects card records him dying of illness at No 21, Casualty Clearing Station.
